X-Forces Enterprise is delighted to extend the training services it offers, within the military community, to a new Masterclass programme focused on building your online presence.
The programme is designed for business owners in the Hospitality, Leisure and Retail Sector to help both new business-owners who have just started to follow their dream, and established business-owners who are hitting on hard times. The focus is on building your online presence in order to answer one key question: How do you stay fit for purpose during lockdown?

This masterclass will be facilitated by Roger Cawte, who has over twenty years of business experience working with various SMEs as either owner, director, employee, or independent advisor. The course will be supported by David Smith, Owner of Crossfit Spitfire, XFE Marketing Executive, Dan Pearson, and more to be confirmed.
Whether you are in the final stages of planning, the very early stages of launch, or you are already running your own business, we will cover a variety of topics to aid you in making sure your journey is as successful as it can be given the current situation.

What can I do first?
If you have not already done so, please first sign up to the XFE Knowledge Exchange Hub here. This will give you exclusive and confidential access to business information, free events and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. You will be invited to fill out a self-employment assessment questionnaire which will help us best guide you during the workshop.
How to connect
In order to participate on this virtual workshop, you will need a personal laptop or tablet with webcam and microphone enabled, and a stable broadband connection with at least 2Mbps spare bandwidth and a fixed, quiet environment. The workshop will be hosted using Zoom, and you can join via most browsers, or use the Zoom app.

The American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces division is offering free virtual workshops aimed to build resiliency among our service members, veterans, and their family members. These are live discussions facilitated by a licensed mental health professional from our Service to the Armed Forces team. You will have an opportunity to share with others, learn and practice new skills, and ask questions in a small online group.

A stress management skills virtual workshop led by licensed professionals for military service members, veterans and their families.
This virtual module was developed by a team of American Red Cross Resiliency volunteers and Service to the Armed Forces staff members to bring support to our military and veteran communities during times of significant stress, including the COVID-19 pandemic. This module offers stress-management and relaxation techniques and an opportunity to connect with others in a small-group, virtual environment.
The workshop is live, interactive and virtual and is facilitated by Red Cross mental health volunteers. Participants are encouraged to share in the discussion as though they were in person together. This course was designed to assist military families (parents, spouses, siblings, significant others, grandparents, etc.) in managing the changes in their lives when their service members are deployed. It provides useful information on how to strengthen your ability to successfully respond to the challenges you may encounter throughout the deployment cycle. It also explains how to provide psychological first aid to others experiencing stressful feelings or events. This workshop is a live discussion facilitated by a licensed mental health professional from our Service to the Armed Forces team. You will have an opportunity to connect and share with others in the workshop and ask questions in this small online group.
